I will never spend money on musicians again, ever. The reason for this is copyright trolls who act on behalf of these musicians, who only encourage the trolls.
This problem is destroying YouTube, and YouTube can't do anything about it. The only people who could do something about it are the musicians, yet as I stated before, they encourage the trolls.
To make it worse, things like parodies and using snippets in a vlog or some other video is free advertising, and yet rather than be grateful for this free advertising they attack people who do that for them. Since I lost monetization anyway, every video they claim I remove, no exceptions.
I will not give free advertising to a musician who employs these trolls, nor will I buy any more of their music. I have even gone a step further and started selling the CDs of the music from these musicians for a much higher profit than they got when I initially bought them because they are all collector items.
My favorite musicians are the ones who do not employ these trolls, the rest of you can just fuck right off.

I Just Blocked You
The new "I'll pray for you" is "now you're blocked." Neither has any more impact on an intelligent person than the other because saying those phrases is nothing more than an attempt to bruise the other person's ego.
Since there is absolutely no effect from either phrase or action, there is no effect on anyone who has half a brain when they are stated. It's all about the believer's ego, like all religious nonsense.
Most religious people complain that us atheists are arrogant, well, some of us are, so fucking what? The hypocrisy of religious people is that they are not only arrogant, they claim that arrogance is a sin then deny their arrogance.
This makes them inherently liars, the belief that they chose the correct religion out of thousands is the most arrogant idea they have. This idea is required for their belief, and thus they are inherently arrogant, ergo they are inherently liars.
So they adopt these ego boosting phrases, which can be fun to toss back at them to really kill their self worth. They feed on the fear that they feel, the fear of being wrong.
To them it is a paralyzing fear, most of us atheists don't understand the fear as we never felt it. Tell an atheist we're wrong and back it up with evidence and we will learn from it and improve.
Tell a believer that they are wrong and they will scream a denial, attempt to shut you up, then continue to repeat the same mistake until they die. This is the arrogance manifesting for the world to see, fueled by the fear of being wrong.
This is why they hilariously believe Pascal's Wager is a valid argument, even though employing this actually proves they are wrong. Pascal was feeding on the believer's fear of being wrong to garner respect from those who don't even respect themselves enough to admit they're liars.
The truly hilarious part about the blocking, they almost never actually do it. They have to prove their point, ultimately showing just how stupid they really are.

Become a Troll Slayer
For a person to be a troll slayer online, one must have some very uncommon traits and be in a situation in which the troll cannot find weakness. Of course, we are talking specifically about the nasty troll who wants to bully and abuse simply to elevate their own deflated ego.
The first requirement is no family. Those with their own children should not try to slay trolls, leave it to us who do not have such a target for them. The nasty troll will go after family, even very young children, in ways you cannot foresee or defend against. Protect your kids by not engaging the troll at all.
You must have a career that is immune to rumors. This one is often overlooked until it is too late. If your company is picky about your online life, you should change companies, and not engage a troll until you have done so. No matter how well you avoid the connection, the nasty troll will always find it and make your life worse.
Political ties are fuel for the troll. No matter your political ideology, you must be able to laugh about it. The nasty troll will use this as a weak point if you take your political views too seriously. If you hide your political views they will merely make it up anyway.
You must laugh at all your flaws, and also be willing to make some flaws up. Preempt their mockery by cracking jokes using topics most people would be insulted by. Cracking jokes about how fat your mother is often confuses the nasty troll, it steals their thunder. When they use an insult just use the smile and nod technique, adding in a humorous bit to your reply will destroy their insult completely. Your skin must be made of steel.
Patience is important, remember, the nasty troll is persistent. It may go on for days, but while they are distracted with you they will leave others alone, and that is what makes you a troll slayer. Their brains are not complex or large enough to handle more than one target at a time. You include also incorporate some of your allies, which will make the nasty troll slip up a lot.

If everyone who can safely engage a troll does so in such a way, they will eventually go extinct, unable to get the reactions they want and always being drawn away from targets they can actually hurt will reduce the damage they do, and frustrate them to a point of exasperation.
